HAGGAI INSTITUTE - MAUI, HAWAII
Focus: Renovation
AHC Hospitality successfully orchestrated a major renovation of this global Christian training facility in Kihei, Maui, involving all 200 guest rooms, public areas, meeting facilities, swimming pool, outdoor landscaping, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure. This involved coordinating communication efforts with corporate leadership, operations team, architect, designers, vendors, and construction team. We also assisted the operations team in developing a preventative maintenance plan for all engineering and operations equipment.
In addition to facilitating capital project funding between major donors and the corporate office, we developed a short-term and long-term capital plan for the facility. AHC Hospitality also worked closely with the operations team, local vendors, and construction trades in order to fulfill all objectives. This also included the execution of all purchasing of equipment and materials including shipping, delivery, and installation logistics.
HOTEL PALMA ROYALE - BOCAS DEL TORO, PANAMA
Focus: Revenue Management and Social Media Training
AHC Hospitality worked closely with hotel ownership to develop and implement a stronger positioning and marketing strategy for the hotel. Towards that effort, in order to enhance the property’s brand, we took more than 1,500 photographs to assist the hotel with its website, social media, and marketing efforts. We also worked with and trained the local operations team on how to manage social media posts and correspondence.
AHC Hospitality also developed revenue management strategies to maximize owner returns.
Haworth hotel
Focus: Rebrand and Market Analysis
